1.       All purchases of LTS Beginner All Days packages are considered final. These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-shareable. If the package expires, any remaining credits cannot be carried forward.  

2.       LTS Beginner All Days packages grant access to all Learn to Swim Beginner Silver / Gold classes in the Everyday schedule. 

3.       If a student wishes to cancel a lesson, cancellation must be made through the booking system 3 hours before the class. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered conducted, credit will not be returned. 

4.      Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The class will be automatically cancelled and removed from the calendar if no enrollment is made 6 hours prior to the class start time. Please ensure you pre-book the class to secure your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of credits. 

5.       The schedule of classes, instructors, and locations may be subject to change without prior notice. 

6.       Student must arrive on time for scheduled classes. There is no time extension or class replacement for late arrivals. 

7.       All students are required to wear proper swim attire and maintain appropriate hygiene standards. 

8.      Students are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes. 

9.      Skywhale reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from classes if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.

10.   Skywhale is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

1. 所有初级游泳基础课程全日套票的购买均为最终交易。

   此套票不可退款、不可转让、不可兑换、不可共享。若套票过期，剩余课程次数将无法延期使用。

2. 初级游泳基础课程全日套票仅限参与 初级游泳基础课 银 / 金  周一至周日 的课程 。

3. 若学生需取消课程，必须提前3 小时通过预约系统取消。
   否则，该课程将视为已上课，课程次数将不予退还。

4. 课程需提前预约，名额有限，先到先得。如果课程开始前6小时内没有学生报名，课程将自动取消并从日历中移除。请确保提前预订课程以保留您的位置。
   若迟到取消或缺席，将导致课程次数被扣除。

5. 课程安排、教练及上课地点可能随时调整，恕不另行通知。

6. 学生需准时参加课程。
   迟到者课程时间不予延长，也不提供补课安排。

7. 所有学生需穿着合适的泳装，并保持良好的个人卫生。

8. 学生需主动告知教练任何可能影响安全参与课程的既有医疗状况或伤病情况。

9. Skywhale保留拒绝入场或要求不当行为的参与者离开的权利，若其行为具有扰乱性或对自己及他人造成风险。

10. Skywhale对场地内个人物品的遗失或损坏概不负责。
